UPSC Civil Services Exam 2014 Final Results

Personality Test was held for candidates, who were selected in the Main Examination. A total of 1236 candidates have been shortlisted for appointment in various civil services, including Indian Administrative Service, Indian Foreign Service, Indian Police Service, Central Services, etc.
Ira Singhal secured the top position. The first four positions went to Ira Singhal, Renu Raj, Nidhi Gupta and Vandana Rao, and fifth rank went to Suharsha Bhagat.
A total number of 1,236 candidates, including 590 from General category, 354 from OBC, 194 from SC and 98 from ST, have been selected for appointment to various central government services.
UPSC conducts Civil Services Examination in three stages, preliminary, mains and interviews. Civil Services preliminary and mains exam were conducted in 2014 and Interview (personality test) were held from April to June 2015. About 4.51 lakh candidates participated in Civil Services preliminary exam, out of which 16,933 were declared qualified for the main exam.
Civil Services main examination was held in December 2014 and was attended by 16,286 candidates, out of which 3,308 candidates made it for the next round. Personality Test was attended by 3,303 candidates out of which 1,236 candidates made it to the final list, which is available here.
