JEE Main 2016 Result, Check your JEE Main Exam Score to be released in the last week April 2016 of

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) declared the results for JEE Main 2016 Paper-1 for students who appeared in the offline and online exams conducted earlier this month. CBSE has also displayed the complete result along with the ranks on the official website. Students can check their result as well as JEE Main ranks by following the steps given below

The Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main was conducted offline on April 3, 2016 and online on April 9 & 10, 2015. JEE Main 2015 exam results were initially declared by the CBSE board on 27th April on its official website as well as JEE website


CBSE has also uploaded the score cards and rank cards for candidates on the official website. Students are advised to download their JEE Main 2016 score cards and rank cards from the website as no score card will be mailed to the candidates via post. JEE counseling process will start from 1st July for candidates based on their JEE Main ranks.

Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) will start the Online counseling for IIT JEE (Main) for admissions in 30 NITs, 12 IIITs/ IIITM/ IIITDM, 16 other Central/State Government Funded Institutes (GFTIs) and some Self Financed Technical Institutes (SFTIs). The online registration process will start as per the schedule give below

JEE Main Exam Result 2016

JEE Main 2016 result will decide the fate of – lakh candidates who appeared in the main exam. Only about 1.5 lakh candidates will be shortlisted for JEE Advanced.

JEE Main 2016 Score Card

JEE Main 2016 exam score card will include details of candidate’s All India Rank (AIR), total marks, marks in each paper, category rank and State rank. Candidates, who clear JEE Main 2016 cutoff score but could not clear JEE Advanced exam, will also get opportunities to sit in the counseling of various engineering colleges other than IITs.
